Georgy Ippolitovich Oppokov (also known as Afanasi Lomov) (1888-1938) was a prominent Bolshevik, he was a Left Communist and subsequently a member of the Left Opposition and People's Commissar for Justice.
In 1918 he voted against accepting the terms of the Brest-Litovsk Treaty. Then in March 1918 he was ousted from the Supreme Soviet of the National Economy.[1]
